Non-Resale Auction Templates

By purchasing any auction template from Adorable Auction Templates, you agree to the term below.

-You may not alter, resell, share or give away any portion of the template including the html code and/or graphics.

-The auction templates should be used for the intended purpose only. You may not use them for about me pages, websites, blog layouts and so on. Please check my store as I have those available.

-You have the rights for unlimited use of the templates; however you DO NOT have ownership, Adorable Auction Templates hold the copyright.

-The template may only be used by the eBay user ID who purchased the template.

-The copyright tag and link to Adorable Auction Templates or any other site must remain intact at all times.

-The no right click code on all of the templates must remain on the template, to protect your images as well as the coding and images belonging to Adorable Auction Templates.

Resale Auction Templates

By purchasing any of our RESALE auction templates from Adorable Auction Templates, you agree to the terms below.

You May…

-Resell the auction template on your website, on eBay or any other family friendly site.

You May NOT…

-Give away any auction templates for free unless it is in a buy one get one free type sale, not to last longer than 2 weeks at a time.

-Sell any auction template for less than $2.00 unless it is on sale, not to last longer than 2 weeks at a time.

-Alter the HTML coding on the template, except for adding your website name and link to your store in the copyright area.

-Alter the graphics on the template, except for adding a custom banner for your customer.

-Remove the link back to Adorable Auction Templates.

Additional Information…

-You MUST provide the name and web address of every site you will be selling our templates on.

- I will NOT offer support to your customers, however I will offer support to you. Your customers should communicate through you. You should have minimal knowledge of auction templates and HTML.

- I will host all of the template graphics for you, however if you would like to save them and host them on your own you may do so.

- You will only be receiving the HTML for the template. None of the design files will be sent to you. I will however supply the font used in the template if needed. Please contact me individually for them.
